My name is David Sanchez and I‘ve been providing top-quality roofing services for 3 years and counting.  I was introduced to the roofing business by a good friend back in 2010.  I came into the business at the tail end of Hurricane Ike with absolutely no experience but I quickly learned the ropes by replacing roofs and  working with Insurance Adjusters.  In 2013 as things slowed down from the storm. I had to make a few adjustments.  Fast forward 7 yrs later I had that opportunity to jump back in as TX and LA were impacted by Hurricanes Laura and Delta in 2020.  Although Good Soil Roofing is a new name to the industry my experience is not!  My personal references are second to none.  My goal is to earn your business and trust  with the knowledge, understanding and experience necessary to handle any roofing project, while providing excellent customer satisfaction.

We offer a wide range of roofing services, including roof inspections, roof repair and maintenance, roof replacement, and roof installation. We also specialize in working with insurance claims.  When it comes to getting a new roof through your insurance company it benefits you in so many ways.  The claims process can be easy but the Insurance paperwork can be overwhelming to the average home owner.  There are many different facets to the claims process so it’s to your benefit that you have the right team behind you and we can help!
